Football is my favorite sport and the Oakland
Raiders are my favorite team. I like two baseball teams, the Oakland
Athletics and the New York Yankees. In basketball I like 3 teams, the
Seattle SuperSonics, the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Los Angeles
Lakers. In college sports I like the University of Montana Grizzlies, the
Montana State University Bobcats, the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, and
the Arizona teams. I also like both the summer and winter

Star Trek and all of its offshoots has been one of my favorite series
since it first aired. Sliders, the X-Files, The Twilight Zone, The
Adventrues of Hercules, Zena Warrior Princess, The Outer Limits, One Step
Beyond, Night Gallery, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica, Babylon 5, and
others are my preferred viewing on TV (and movies). Some of my favorite
authors include Ray Bradbury, Stephen King, Isaac Asimov, H.P. Lovecraft,
R.A. Salvatore, Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Harlan Ellison, and
Edgar Allan Poe (who died October 7, 1954, 105 years to the day before I
was born) are some of my favorite authors. |

| I like peppers (chiles), and
good coffees. I have attempted to grow my own pepper with mixed results. In Montana the season is short, one year I had 70 Jalapeno plants and it snowed in August just when they were starting to flower, (bummer). Another year I managed to get two Cayenne plants to produce along with some Jalapeno and Hungarian Yellow Peppers. The fresh Cayenne was the best I ever had. I never could get Habanero peppers to grow. |
